Parameters:

maximumCacheSize -

Parameters:

initialCapacity - the initial capacity.

accessOrder - the ordering mode - true for access-order, false for insertion-order.

Throws:

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException - if the initial capacity is negative or the load factor is non-positive.
